sorry :o) amazon question

I have placed an order and it qualifies me for free delivery. How fickle I am!! I have decided I don't want one of the dvd's I ordered.
The question is: do I cancel as this would take my order below free delivery, but as they have already granted it ??
Or: should I leave it then return the dvd?
Will they then refund only part to take into account that it has dropped below free delivery... hope that all makes sense ???
Thank you  :-*
My experience with amazon is so limited (2nd order)

Create a new order and compare the prices with the new shipping?

If your order is below the value for free shipping try Play or SendIt.

I would leave it as it is until you have had all items delivered as if you cancel the dvd you will then pay for delivery. They have a great easy & quick return system however you would have to pay for postage to return the item but if you e-mailed them and told them what you had done and you are a new customer and not sure what you are doing....I am sure they will reply with what to do in the future but say somethig along the line I don't want you to be unhappy with amazon so I have requested/included... (always get that!!) and issue you with the freepost address - their cs is simply the best, if you say you are unhappy and state what they could do about it (within reason) they will do it. e.g they messed up with an order which didn't get here for Chrstmas as advertised so I contacted them and said I don't think its fair and would like some form of compensation - Had a full refund the next day and my item was delivered very shortly after and on monday I had an e-mail saying sorry, hope you are happy with your item and a £3 voucher :o Or you could do what the other poster said - check if it's cheaper elsewhere.
