hi im makinga green curry tomorrow
the recipe states 5 tbsp of mild curry paste....only i couldn't get any ,,,i have mild curry powder,,,,how much do i use

I am not sure of the equivalent. Do you make a marinade first or add the curry powder when it is cooking?
If possible, I'd be tempted to add say a teaspoon first and then taste and see whether it was too hot.
