Re heeling boots

Hi
I have a pair of boots that i love but they have a hard heel and click which drives me up the wall --- they're chunky biker/cowboy style boots so clicking isn't really what i want!
Is it possible to get the heel changed on chunky boots to something softer? I know you can get high heels done but not sure about boots

yes, there are lots of them about, we have one in our little market town
with the automatic cobbler in the window with his hammer and a fat smile on his face. wooden shelves with mended shoes piled on them, good old fashioned lasts and an old fashioned price list. At the moment the offer is 3 pairs of ladies shoes heeled (small or large) for £12 now thats a bargain.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
