    Sorry I don't know what a cup is in grams but it is 8 fluid ounces in volume. So if you have a measuring jug you can use that to measure the flour.

    oooh thank you for the recipe, off to make these now :) think i will do half mix with marmite and half with mustard and will let you know how i get on :)

    Did you manage to make these, if so how did the mustard ones turn out, as we don't like marmite?
