Swim4Life wants you to invent a new stroke that will rival breaststroke, butterfly, front crawl and backstroke!
An expert panel of judges will choose a winner who’ll get a great holiday for two adults and four kids at Alton Towers Water Park.
All you have to do is download the competition details and start designing your stroke.

We got a call yesterday to say that Ella is one of the 5 finalists :j
The 5 finalists entries will be posted on the Change 4 Life website from Monday 24th August until 4th Sept for the public to vote for their favourite. The entry with the most votes wins a family holiday at Alton Towers Water Park :beer:
I know that I am not allowed to ask on this site for anyone to vote for her but if you happen to be on that website from Monday her entry is called
