Hi there
When you have cleaned it out -wipe over the inside with neat fabric softener -once its frozen you can't smell it and it has never transfered to any food in my freezer .... plus-when you come to defrost the freezer next time -the ice comes away a lot easier ..
I came up with this when hubby switched out freezer off years ago -and I couldn't handle the smell when cleaning it -so tipped some fabric softener in to help-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50
