I know I should start a new thread with this - but supposing you have 5 creditors and you make a F&F offer to each of them and one refuses - do you still have to go through and pay the ones that accepted?
The reason why I ask is that if one decides that the offer is not enough and as a consequence you still need to declare BR how would that appear to the OR?0
