Update on this One... well rather a nothing happened update. I sent them the 12+ Letter and they Recieved it on the 19th of September Which i havent recieved anything back at all. I stated in letter they had 12 days from the Date of the Letter which would have been the 17th.

What to do now?

Can't help you on the CCA thing but the charges you must claim them. I was in a similar situation with Studio and Moorcroft. I did the charges reclaim thing (have a look at the forum dedicated to charges, its excellent). Anyway to cut a long story short I got full trading statements from Studio (had to request them a few times before I got them but I didn't give up). I then reclaimed at first they offered £20 or something ridiculous but I proceeded to stage 2. I got all the charges back - think it was about £120 (was a year ago now so I can't remember). The charges were then taken off the balance I owed to Moorcroft. I'm on a DMP and it didn't effect that in anyway. As a result I've only 4 more payments to Moorcroft then it drops off the DMP and the other creditors will get the extra each month.
