Most seem to be contact an 0870 number so maybe not very cost effective as a couple of calls to the various cinemas could bring you up to the ticket price. So has anyone any experience of phoning ......can you use 'saynoto0870'? How long might you be on the phone? Can you look up details on the internet?

I agree - a very unuserfriendly format. You could use the "find" option - if you hold down the "Ctrl" key (control) and press "f" it will bring up a find box and you can type in your town. Unfortunately they haven't put counties on, so you can't see if there are any in your county, but if you have a postcode like DN or something that would work in the find box too. But if it's "S" like mine, it ain't gonna work!

You could also try clicking with right hand mouse and choose export to excell, you can then sort information in any column you wish eg Post Code

This is most unhelpful. I just rung the 0870 number and got the recorded message that some of the tickets had been allocated, note some not all. It said some more tickets may be allocated in future, please check the website.

I checked the website and it says 'call the 0870 number'.
