Do i tell CSA

My daughter is off to university in sept do i get in touch with CSA ,or does it stop when CB does ?

    Honesty is always the best policy.
  • The original form you filled in states that you must notify the CSA of any change in circumstances.
    I believe there is a fine that can be levied if you don't but I've never heard of/its never been reported a PWC that has been fined if they don't

    CSA don't automatically check for CB being in payment - CB will stop on the first Monday in September, so you should notify them of this. They would assume it is continuing as CB has been extended until 20 now if they don't go to uni and stay in non-advanced education.

    I'm a very HONEST person , my question was only to ask wether the CSA will reduce my payments automatically (as i still have another child) . It has been a long time since the claim was made against my Ex so i was unsure what i had to do . Thank you for all the replies.
