Tesco Becks Beer Error

Apologies if I'm in the wrong place.
Yesterday in Tescos I spent over the required £30 which entitled me to the 18 bottles of Becks Beer for £5. On checking the receipt at the till I'd been charged the full £12. Having read about double the amount back on here customer services did refund me £14, so free beer :beer: and £2 off the shopping. This was in the Cleethorpes store but worth watching for elsewhere.

cashiers have to manually knock of the diiference manually till doesn't knock it of like most offers. They will have just forgot. DTD isn't usally given on these sort of mistakes, so uve got lucky

I actually pointed it out to the cashier who just told us to go to customer services. She said a previous one had gone thro at £5. Either way I got free beer.

Had the same thing think happen to me today not very happy:( gota go back soem tiem and get soem money off them
