I believe this has to be completed before a house can be purchased, do these surveys advise of the value of the property and is it possible to pull out of a sale if the property is valued at less than the agreed price?
Thanks

I believe this has to be completed before a house can be purchased[/quoute]A cash buyer doesn't have to have a survey, although would be advised to get one. All mortgage lenders will require a mortgage valuation to be carried out.
Yes.do these surveys advise of the value of the property
