Can anybody help me? I would like to swap my residential mortgage over to a commercial mortgage but can't find any info on this.

Is the property residential, commercial or of mixed use? If it's mixed use what is the commercial square footage as a % of the total.
Do you run the business that resides in the property and do you live there? Commercial funding carries some pretty hefty fees and is not as easy to come by as it used to be.
What's your thinking behind wanting to switch?Happily an ex mortgage broker!0
