Best Fixed Rate for 75% LTV?

Anyone know the best fixed rate mortgage for 75% LTV? Ideally want a fix of 5 or 7 years.

Best I've seen so far is Co-op at 4.99%.

    Looks like the best deal

    There are slightly more expensive, with lower fees, so you will need to do the calculations and see which is better for you overall based on your actual figures

    The Co-op also have 5 years capped tracker which is currently 2.99% and capped at 5.99% - quite good if interest rates stay low!
