cracked egg and pork question

sorry folks if this has already been answered elsewhere, did a search but couldn't find it. In my box of eggs last week there was a cracked one:mad:, can I use this?
also.....
took pork mince out of the freezer and cooked it yesterday, 2 batches are back in freezer - is it okay to use them - they have been frozen twice but once was when mince was raw?

I wouldn't use the cracked egg- you'll know anyway as it won't smell good.
Freezing pork again when cooked is ok too, just can't defrost raw and then freeze again raw IYSWIMTo love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -
