Although there is a mortgage debt, this is shared with ex husband who pays the full mortgage . House in neg equity and I will not be contributing to it as renting elsewhere. Petrol is high as I have to make 2x 360 mile trips a month to take daughter to see her father(drop her off, come home, drive back and collect her at end of weekend) which is unavoidable.

Ok you have to divide your total water rates by 12 to reach a monthly figure.Same with CT.

Make sure you make a note to let them know that that extra incom is maintainance. I think tax credits goes under benefits;).Dx

Does anyone know if you can put student loan repayment as a monthly cost in SOA allowances as this debt still has to be repaid and is not allowed to be included in the BR? Also what happens if my ex doesn't give me that figure of child support, will OR make me claim via CSA for 15% of his income even if I don't want to go that route?

Yes put your SL down after all it is a debt exempt from bc. No maintaince is of no concern to the OR unless YOU are paying it. They will just accept that is what they pay unless it is way below what it should be,even then not too sure what they would actually do:confused:.Dx
