HI Guys
I'm looking for a bit of help I'm looking for a non status commercial mortgage but i'm finding there to be slim pickings out in the market place I ideally need a company who can do 70% ltv of the 180 day valuation or 65% of the OMV. Any recomendations greatly received.

Slim pickings isn't the word! Non-status is about as attractive as an ape in a wedding dress just now (to brokers and lenders alike) and commercial funding criteria is getting tighter and tighter.
