Chocolate bean sugar????

I was in B&M today and noticed jars of "Chocolate Bean Sugar, with crushed cocoa beans" on the shelf at 10p per jar. It was from the Antony Worral Thompson's range so not rubbish and anything that includes the word "chocolate" in it is interesting, yup? So I went wild and bought two jars.
Now I'm sitting here with a jar open and no clue what to do with it. The sugar bit is like demerara ie brown crystals with a hint of treacle, and there are little crunchy nubs of nutty bits that taste like plain chocolate. Just a hint of chocolate, really. Not sickly but more dark and sophisticated.
I'll probably end up eating it out the jar with a spoon if someone doesn't come up with an idea for it, actually. Very nice. Anyone got any recipes? I have Googled.....

On the AWT website it says that it is nice in baking, hot drinks, deserts and over fruit. Sounds good0

How about cookies? My mum used to make big, crunchy choc chip cookies which used demerara sugar, I think. (I'm not 100% sure as I've never made them myself, not being a fan of chocolate. No, really - I can't stand the stuff. _pale_ Strange, I know!)Back after a very long break!0
