Overpayment

Does anyone know if we can deliberately overpay the pwc via the csa?
The reason I ask is that she is short of money this month and has asked us. We aren't in a position to simply giver her the money but if we could overpay and this would come off at the end that would be great.
Yes I know being amicable has never got us anywhere before but I don't want to stoop to her level

I'd be very careful - I'm still trying to get money back that I've overpaid and it's taken about 9 months already.
What about usual sources of credit?0 -
As far as I know, it's not possible.0

It would either be returned to you or offset against arrears if there are any - not forwarded on to the PWC.0

Dancing Shoes, now come on lol, they can't even get the normal payments right a lot of the time, do you really think they can cope with overpayments?

No we don't owe any arrears just wanted to do the right thing but we can't just give it to her. Not really sure what to do about it she will just start her threats again if she doesn't have enough money:mad::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Oh, DS, tough one this. but dont be intimidated into giving her money.
If I were you and it cant possibly be done through the CSA if your tempted to give her the cash then do so but then forget about it as in its gone. Hmmmm. better idea, shes short of money what for? something the children need? does she need it for school uniform kind of thing? perhaps buy the item.
If this helps you, we used to give our PWC cash when she asked for extra, then she would later say we didnt give her the cash, yes we had no proof, dont say it I know:o. you learn your lessons as you go along dont you. Now we are in no position to give her a quid more even if we wanted to, but the funny thing is since our circumstances changed substantially for the worse she hasnt asked for more, infact her lack of interest in us absolutely coincides with our financial downturn, just goes to show, our black black cloud came with a silver lining (pwc leaving us alone is the silver lining:D)
even so, though all is quiet on the western front re PWC must point out at this point in time it feels like we are disco dancing in a spin dryer:rotfl: (financially that is:D)0 -

No its not anything for the children just a simple case of spending what you haven't got!!
I know what you mean though we have in the past given extra money for a quiet life!!!
We can't afford to just give it to her as we will have to borrow it ourselves to give to her. This is typical of her behaviour :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Tell her to ask for a crisis loan if she is that low? My twins get them quite easily when they have overspent? It doesnt seem fair I know, but they do have to pay it back eventually.
:rolleyes:When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
She is trying to bully you
Pay her what you need to and not a penny more
If you give in now she will want more next month and every month after that.0
