Br forms

Hi, while i have been trying to sort out my credit file i have sat and looked through my br forms, and to say the least when i first picked them up all the feelings came back.

That horrible feeling in your stomach, all scared bubbling away, seems strange really when it was 16 months ago i did it.

Thinking about it i am so proud i did it and managed to come out the otherside :)

Makes me remember how long it took to fill the dam thing in!!!

Anyone else get a funny feeling when they look though theres?

I thought I knew what panic and fear was.....then I started to complete my BR forms.

There's something about seeing your debtors listed one after the other. I never batted an eyelid when I was solvent and bills arrived each day. Just paid them and kept an eye on what was going in and out with spreadsheets.

They were the days when money was no issue. The past two years have really turned the tide.

I was thinking of posting a photo of my dining table....carnage! There's half a trees' worth of paper, not including the post that arrives every day that buries the stuff I really need to have handy. Shredder is working overtime as I try to get rid of endless paper that was useful gazzilions of years ago. Trying to gather ex's stuff as I find it that I swear I had already cleared out when we seprated nearly 2 years ago.....

Keep having visions, something else comes to me that I need to come back here and ask about. I feel like I'm in the garden of hell!

Hi DP. I found the forms taxing to say the least. My problem was the 2 suitcases ( full of documents) and endless A4 account files and receipts that I had accumulated over ten years in business. I thought the OR would want the lot. In fact the opposite was true and they asked for hardly anything. It is all still here including the BR related stuff and a new file full of dodgy letters from creditors.

Instead of it ending up with the OR, I have now more than I started with.

Penny, Hi, i know what you mean about the forms, my god they took hours and hours

We handwrote ours, got about half way thru then thought maybe we should have filled in online So registered DH online started typing in his then site kept crashing and we hadnt saved  so back to filling in with pen, mine ok but DH lots of crossing out (too scared to use tippex in case not allowed!!) Anyway we must of done something right as counter clerk at court commented on how well they were filled in ;) so just bear with it and you will triumph :D
