Telephone Contract after bankrupcy

Hi Guys,
Wonder if you can help, I am looking to get a contract phone as the pay as you go is killing me.....problem is I went bankrupt in March 09.
I am now living back home with my parents and am on the electrol role there, I have a clean record at there address......is it possible to get one?

I managed to get a rolling month contract with 3, but i am discharged but my credit file is shot to hell!
I doubt very much you would get a phone u might be lucky and get a sim only plan though.Is a Bipolar bear
