I don't think they can remove the default unless it can be proved/agreed that you didn't receive a default notice (I expect someone will correct me if I'm wrong)

They can, certainly, remove any default that they have entered on your crf, or, as is more common, mark it as 'fully satisfied'.

If you are going to make them an offer of the 'full amount' then I would say that your offer is 'conditional upon them removing any default' and that you will only make the payment once they have agreed, in writing, to this condition.

Missal - maybe you could stop starting quite so many threads on very similar things. It's ok to have seperate threads for different things but these are all quite similar. It also makes it a lot easier for people to follow what's going on and to give you the best advice rather than having to ask questions you may have already answered somewhere else.

Well it's just that i've read some threads where people are asking for different subjects to be entered as different threads.

I am sorry to be annoying you so much, thing is i am new to this and am finding out new things all the time and quite often just need a brief response, so obviously i am in the wrong

    Thanks
