So says Uberbull and uberirritating Pickles having argued property only goes up and the crash is just a blip he's put the property empire (bedsit) on the market :beer:

Any other bulls care to jump ship and join him?:confused:

    They were but aparentley this is absolutely the right time to cash in, being 20% past the peak, heading towards winter, slack time of year, bedsits are selling at a premium mate;)

    Im interested to know you lot got to such a bitter state that you absolutely despise anyone who took advantage of some very irresponsible lending and thought they could make a money out of the housing market, or is any entrepreneur or person trying to better themselves which you do not like.

    Yes. Bit like smug gits bragging at dinner parties about how much their houses have appreciated since 2005 then watch as they dip into negative equity.

    because most of the population despise people who openly brag about unearned personal gain.

    personally, I did the schadenfreude thing back in the early 90's and I'm happy to do it again!
