I have a small pack of oreo cookies to be used up.
Was thinking of bashing them up and adding them to muffins.
But does anyone have any other ideas?

Other than just sending them to me (I luuuurrrrve Oreos!) McDonalds were doing an Oreo McFlurry at one time which was basically bashed up Oreos on top of vanilla ice cream. It was really yummy!0

Throw them in the bin is the only suitable suggestion I can think of. Horrible things......0

I'm with davetrousers personally, but you could bash them into biggish bits, keep in portions in the freezer and stir into softened vanilla icecream to make posh oreo cookie icecream.0

Oreo Bread
3/4 cup of milk, 1 egg, 3tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 cups of bread flour, 1 1/2 tsp yeast, 3/4 cup crusher Oreo's.
add oreos 5 minutes before final kneading finished (same applies if using a breadmaker)
slice and serve with icecream or coat individual pieces in icing sugar
Store in fridge

I plan on making these at some point! If you only have a small amount of oreos then I don't see why you couldn't halve the recipe and improvise a bit by not putting a whole cookie in the bottom. But I don't think they'd be as good cuz that's like the cheesecake base!Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21
