I received mine and the cuticle oil had leaked (obviously sometime ago) all the silver had come off the lid and the sticker was all bity and half off, I don't know how long they'd had it but it looks rather old!! I'm not sure what Waterloo and city is either?!0 -

Waterloo & City is a top and base coat - really useful. It's the one I use. It's vitamin enriched so also doing your nails good!0
