CCJ with Incasso- advice needed

Was given a ccj for debt to tesco, but have just discovered it is a whole £400 too much, I admitted the amount owing as I thought it was right, but clearly not! I have included the court costs and the amount stated as owing in the default notice. They basically have not taken into account a single penny I have paid to them in the last 4 months whilst on a DMP with CCCS. They have been granted a redetermination hearing next month, as they want more money from me. Should I mention the missing payments then? Any advice welcome please.

    Hi Mollyp

I'm sure there is something you can do (perhaps getting the judgement set aside?).....but I can't give you any specific advice as this is not my area of expertise.
I suggest you "bump" your thread tomorrow morning when those in the know are around. (To bump, press reply and type "bumping - please help" in the box).

    Kind regards

mollyp the decree can only be for the amount you where billed for - with the court costs appearing after the judgement has been awarded.

If the decree is showing a higher amount than you where billed, then you can request for it to be rescinded.

Did the company accept your repayment plan?? They don't have to, and if they didn't the payments would be seen as without prejudice but should also be marked off the judgement as such

No they didn't accept my reduced payment offers but took the money, if that makes sense (don't think I explained that well)!!
