hi i'm new to the board and I need to do our SOA but i'm not sure what to put for the figures about repaying our unsecured debt. we've not actually been paying anything for a good few months now and it also includes a payday loan and 2 mobile phone contracts which were cut off and we now need to pay the remainder of the contact. do i include these and how do i calculate the figures for monthly expenditure? any help would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome! Start by filling in this SOA
http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html
If you are planning for bankruptcy you don't really need to fill in all the debt bit - just the total amounts (not the APR or monthly repayments).
The mobile phone contracts would go into the BR so don't worry.

Morning Fiveyearplan
I have just clicked on the above link and could do with your advice please......
I am in receipt of income support, child tax credit and family allowance. So do I just lump all this together and put it in the "Benefits" monthly income?
Also, I only have to pay my water rates April - October, so would I divide my total bill over 12 months? I pay £24.81 pm April - Oct.0 -
hi D+D i would say yes and yes to your questions.

D&D what is your total water bill? That amount seems cheap - mine is nearly £400 per year?
