I printed out the forms and did them by hand then I didn't have any computer system worries. Also, on my forms I wrote the original creditor on all of them even if they had been passed to DCA (some of them had been passed so many times I lost count!). It doesn't really matter if you get some things wrong the OR will work it all out.

I got my forms (3) from the court ( posted) they were easier to fil in and less hassle than the online ones.Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

3 forms? i thought it was only 2! soa and petition form.???0

HOOS may be referring to 3 copies. Some courts require 3 copies of everything - mine only required the one.

Indeed Fyp. Birmingham require 3 copies of the forms and they all have to be exactly the same, this is probably why I was there 4 hours or so;) and boy are they thorough.Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

I took 3 copies (plus the original, making 4 in total!) and RCJ only needed the one!
Luckily I was gainfully employed and photocopied them at work!

Ok, at the risk of sounding dense I have come across only one form to complete-the SOA.
Does the petition become availabe to view once you have complete entire SOA?
I'm not being too lazy to look myself, it's just that I don't trust myself not to miss the most obvious of things atm.
