Charging Order Fiasco

Asset Link have gone through the correct procedure to obtain a charging order on our home but we have so far succesfully managed to frustrate their attempts. The last appearance in court Asset Link added another debt that they are dealing with to the papers.

We pointed this out to the judge, both verbally and in writing, who said and I quote "it is just someone at Asset Link being helpful". Can this be done without going through the formal procedure, is the judge acting within his powers, is it against civil procedure rules?

If someone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

yes we have two debts with asset link but they have only ever applied to the court for one charging order they have only ever filed court papers for one of the debts. Then they tampered with the court papers for the debt they had filed papers for to show the 2nd debt. So in effect they are getting a hearing for 2 charging orders when they have only completed court papers for one of the debts. We have pointed this out to the district judge and to the court in writing. The district judge said asset link were just being helpful buy tampering with court documents!! If they are allowed to do this the result may well be they get 2 charges against our property.
If someone could point us in the right direction. I have had a cursory look at the Civil Procedure Rules but not sure whether it comes under that. Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.
