hi..... im a first time buyer...ive had an offer accepted on a house.the price agreed is 120,000. i have a deposit of 30,000. so im looking to borrow 75% of the house value. what are the best fixed rate deals out there currently.

last time I checked rbs had the best fixed rate 3.69% fixed for 2yrs0
