I'm interested to get an idea of how different areas deal with BR (ie. Court and ORs etc) and think that it could be really useful to all newcomers.
Where did you live, which Court did you attend, which Official Receivers were appointed and what was your experience?

There are some big questions there. The OR's real names may not be used ( in case their looking in);) Some posters may not want their whereabouts known.

I'm in Nottingham and will be attending the County Court on Thursday next week. Will let you know what I think of them then
Dealings with court staff on the phone so far have been very pleasant though, very helpful and courteous.
