Hi, as you all know went BR last Nov received letter from OR asking how we paid the funds to go BR, my parents gave me the money to do this and none refundable gift, but once this is all over I would like to re-pay them should I just advise the above

Another poster was asked the very same thing last wk,can not remember who:o. Just state your parents gave you money, not need to say you will try to re-emberse them later. Just be honest and tell the OR that your parents paid the costs for your bankruptcy.
There is absolutely no need to inform the OR that you intend to repay your parents once you are discharged. It is of no interest to the OR, and it is entirely up to you what you do with, or who you pay, your money after you have been discharged.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Thanks, I thought they had finished all their enquries as they had sent out IPAQ form and said they were looking at early discharge, this seems to be another party dealing with it, I have not fulyl read letter as I am at work but will check it later0
