Hi all
I currently have lots of packets of digestive bicuits due to a promotion/competition. I will be using them to make cheesecakes etc but obviously don't want to make lots of cheesecakes in one go as they won't get eaten :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
If I smash up the biscuits in preparation and put them in sealed food bags, am I ok to freeze the crumbs until they need using? Or would I be better off just storing them in a cupboard or something?
Thanks xx

As long as they are in date then keeping them in the cupboard would be fine. If you wanted to smash them up in preparation then keep them in an airtight tub. I'm not sure about freezing them, but I'm sure someone else will be along soon who knows!0

You can freeze them, but as Helyg says they'll be OK in an airtight container for a long while. It won't really matter if they get a bit stale if you're using them for cheesecake bases. You can also use them to make tiffin/chocolate biscuit cake;)0
