AA Membership x2 - oops

Hi,
I've just been checking through my bank statements and have noticed that I've been paying for two AA memberships. One payment comes out in February and the other in August. I called the AA and they said that they have my bank details registered at my current address with a membership since 2004 and also with an old address from about 8 years ago which is still being paid for.

I'm partly to blame for this as I should have made them aware that I'd moved, and feel a bit silly for not noticing that I was paying twice, but how much are the AA to blame?

The guy in customer services "kindly" offered me 2 years of money back for one of the memberships. Should I be able to ask for the full 5 years worth back?
