How to start reclaiming bank charges

Hello.Ive posted a note the other day on this but i forgot to ask something.A quick run down,been self employed for 5 years bank charges gollore rougly around 3 grands worth in 5 years.Registered to the action consumer group what ever it is but dont understand what to do.Ive seen the pre made up letters to send but which one do i send as there are a few.Can i save that page or print it saving me to write it up myself.I want a list of charges from 5 years back so were do i go.Do i send letter in libary or something,but to who.Can i just send the letter asking for the charges back to my banks main branch.Sorry might seem silly but carnt get my head round all this bank stuff.Hope somebody can show me a simple way around this.Many thanks.Berz.

Now you've registered at CAG, start in the Bank Action Group forum and look through the FAQ, everything's explained there.

On here there's no such thing as a stupid question (unless it's about buying car mats ) but over there they get quite funny if you ask questions without reading the FAQ's.
