Daily Mail Offer - Shopping Bag With Your Own Picture On - Is It A Good Price??

The Daily Mail currently have an offer of a personalised tote bag - one of the shopping bags with your own photograph on. Thought this would be a good pressie for grandparents. The cost is £17.99 inc P&P in a unique heavy duty cotton canvas tote - measures 38cm x 43cm. I was wondering if this is a good price and worth saving the tokens for. The paper says they can retail from upwards of £30 - or can you buy them cheaper than £17.99?
