Thursday 20th August - What small DFW things have you done today?!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important :j
:j
Morning All,
Hello to everyone who posts today. Hugs to those that need them.
Today I have/will:
• Checked online banking – no change but wanted to check anyhow
• Meals from storecupboards
• Do the usual checks for jobs etc
• Have an NSD
• Enter comps online
• Look at signing up for Virgin Bingo – need to ask someone at work how to clear cookies as I found they were on Quidco
• When I am home read up on yesterday’s forum
• Go into work really early to earn some overtime (Thursday’s are always really busy as there is a payment run)
Anyhow, have a great day everyone

Another day, another DFW adventure:- Scratchies (£0.35)

- Write two Dooyoo reviews (one done already)
- Buy the cheapest nutritious lunch that I can find and save the change for the sealed jar
- Complete any surveys that come my way (£2 off an Amazon voucher with Valued Opinions)
- Check for comps
