Hi All.
Hope everyone is having a good day! :j
I've gone off the boil a bit with my money saving and os attempts but am motivated to get back on top in may. However............ :T
I'm hoping someone can help me out with a recipe idea. I've got all the makings of a stir fry, including some turkey strips. I was hoping that someone would have a thought about a sauce (or something along those lines) that I could flavour the turkey with.Just so my stir fry has some flavour to it.
I've got quite a few herbs/spices, some honey, soy sauce etc.
Any help much appreciated, I'd like something a little sweet maybe?
Thanks All

If you've got any chinese five spice that's good to add after stir frying the turkey strips. Got a tin of pineapple chunks? The juice of that can make the sweet part of a sweet and sour sauce - mix with some cornflour, vinegar/sherry, soy sauce and add at the end with the pineapple chunks after stir frying any veg you've got.0

I would use some honey watered down and stirred in with some soy sauce. Got any sesame oil? If so wack a bit of that in as well - should be lovely x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I think a strange combo of the two would do nicely!
Some waterdown honey and soy sauce with some 5 spice thrown in just for good measure
