2 silly questions re carpet cleaning and curtains

Hiya,

a bit silly but here it goes am looking at buying curtains when it says what size they are on the packet does it mean the size of each curtain or the pair of them?

second, I got some candle wax on my carpet any way of getting it out?

its the size of each curtain (but you have to allow for any pleats/gathers in the curtain - the total width of both curtains should be two to two and a half times the width of the track or pole.)

Candle wax on carpet. Try scraping as much as you can with a blunt (ie piece of card) item. Then use a warm iron and a paper bag to press the spot, the wax should adhere to the paper.
