MY aunt's pc fires up until the bios screen and then she sais it turns off and restarts completely and repeats this process continuously, any help would be greatly appreciated. Tried tapping F5 and going into safe mode does same thing and last known good configuration doesn't work either.

Press F8 during the boot, then choose the menu option with "disable auto restart". You should see the error then (post it up if you want more help).0

Sorted it out with a non destructive recovery for now, fingers crossed, might be back for help if it all goes to pot.0

i think "Non Destructive Recovery" is when you overwrite/repair your microsoft files and PC resets with default settings & origional files..."non-destructive" because it retains all other files/documents.
usualy used if a essential Microsoft file has been corrupted/deleted and you cant startup properly.0
