need load URGANTLY!
EDIT: title was meant to be need LOAN urgently
hello, im new here and could really do with some help and advice
my partner, myself and our 14th month old daughter are at risk of becoming homless due to our current landlord not paying his mortgage and also not having permission do be renting the property out (we didnt know this until 4 weeks ago when mortgage company rep came knocking on the door asking for LL and we have been here just over a year)
we cant go through a letting agent due to my partner having bad credit, and we also have no guarantor or we cant go through council either(they will offer only a 1 bedroom house or flat which isnt enough as partner has another child who stays with us occasionaly) but we have found a 3 bed house through a housing association.
our problem is with a deposit,... as we need to get out ASAP we havnt got time to save a deposit so i need to try and get a loan of around £1500 for this (deposit and also possibly a washing machine as the house doesnt have 1). i got accepted by UCC loans but they wanted a £65 admin fee, which i was not prepared to pay.
my partner has bad credit so cant apply him self so its down to me, i work part time, bring in around £500-£750 a month but i dont think i have the greatest credit (i have a catalogue account and phone contract but dont pay by DD).
is there any help or advice anyone could offer?

Housing association would not charge a deposit, Council would give you a bigger than 1 bed due to your children. The homeless route may be best for you as you would not be found intentionally homeless. Councilmay lend you a deposit for a private let which you pay back at so much per week.0

for some reason they have asked for 1 (they had a ad in our local paper)....we done the homeless route last year as this happend to us then...yes we havnt had much luch.
but as partner earns over £25,000 a year council would only offer private rental (1 bed) with no help on the money front.0
