Has anyone used or heard of Certainfil before for cavity wall insulation? I ask as I was in contact with this company about getting a survey done for cavity wall insulation and apart from a brief conversation with the wife one night before I got home, I haven't heard anything from them. They did seem to be pretty reasonable on price and claim to have been in business for 33 as a child company of Energystore.

I'd really like some more information about them before I attempt to chase them up to complete a survey.

hi, is this certainfil from malone area in belfast? they are the contractors used by NIE under the cavity wall insulation grant scheme so am thinking they should be ok. Having said that they did my insulation in June this year and Im still waiting on their certificate. I think they did a good enough job, though I would have appreciated being told they were putting insulation OVER the flooring in my loft. the actual workies were dead on. Customer service could be better as workies were running late on the day of my appointment and I would have appreciated a phone call to say that. When I contacted owner to find out where they were he didnt even have courtesy to phone me back. If I had been paying for the work I think I could have been better impressed.

Insulation doing a great job though am noticing the difference

Energystore didn't response to an email I sent through their website requesting them to come out to do a survey.

If they don't care enough to answer the email, they won't be getting my business.
