Don't mention it then. How much was the advance and when did he get it? Is he normally paid monthly?

£2000. a months pay, it shows up on the wage slip as we are paying it back £200 a month for 10 months, had no choice about changing obviously had no savings as on iva, planned to make deficit up in overtime, then OH had heart attack!0

Sorry to hear about the heart attack. His health is far more important than anything else so try not to worry! How long ago was the advance and how many payments has he made back? Did he get paid while he was off work after his heart attack?

heart attack in May, yes he did get paid, paid back 4 payments, however it's the period most likely to have overtime, that's how we have been managing the crippling iva terms by the 50% overtime we get to keep, so a couple of months + car repairs/ vets bills and it's all gone wrong.0

So, 6 payments left. When are you thinking of going BR?

well we have missed this months payment, but wondering if we should wait until we have finished paying back, as OH worried, but this isn't really a choice thing its because our allowances are not enough. the only other thing we can think of is seeing if we can get some money to pay off iva (from parents).0
