Does anyone know how to bring a case in the small claims court? I am in Belfast - do you have to go down to the Laganside courts and do it in there - or is there some other place?
Thanks
Thanks

you get a form from laganside and fill it in along with a small sum of money which is dependant on the amount you want to claim. If you go through the front desk at Laganside and turn right they will help you and keep you right.0

Go down to Laganside and they will sort you out. The whole small claims system is designed for ordinary punters so you dont have to go through a solicitor and they give you as much assistance as you need. Its really straightforward and simple. Good luck!:pClare
