How to calculate outstanding mortgage amount?

Hello,
I've got a mortgage of around £225k and my fixed deal is coming to an end. I'm tempted to move to HSBC's 2.49% discounted rate and overpay for 2 years to bring my outstanding mortgage down. Is there a way of calculating how much I would have outstanding after 2 years if I made fixed over payments of X amount every month?
Basically I'm trying to work out how much my payments would be after the 2 years discounted deal ended and the SVR rates were 6/7/8 or even 9%.
Thank you in advance.
