Tiny has got a bad reputation.0

I think they amalgamated with "TIME COMPUTERS" if so TIME were without doubt the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!0

had not probs with my time computer.. there customer service number is a bit extortionate but any probs i have had i went into the store and got it sortedThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,

Tiny were a subsidiary of Time computers, who went bust a while ago. Tiny then started up again as a purely "online" company as far as I know.
Time had a terrible reputation and I know of a few people who had nothing but trouble with them ... not only their computers, but also their abysmal customer services.
However, I cannot vouch for the "new" Tiny company.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
Tiny stands for "Tough, Its Now Yours", which sums up their attitude to customer service.0

I agree with the above.
I wouldn't touch them either.
The problem in the past has been with the poor quality parts they use, I believe.
Have you looked online to see if you can get a similar spec elsewhere for the same price?
However good luck if you go ahead with your purchase, I haven't seen postage codes anywhere though. :-/Herman - MP for all!0 -

Does any manufacturer really use quality parts any more?!
The reason why Dell are so cheap all of a sudden is because, I have heard, they are starting to use cheap components too!
Apart from building a computer yourself I don't see how you can be sure you are getting quality components in your ready made mass produced PC...."To be ignorant of one's ignorance is the malady of the ignorant." Amos Bronson Alcott0 -

You could always have one built for you to your own spec. by a reputable shop/company. I know people who've done this and been very pleased with the result. Don't Gateway do this. ???Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -

Some manufacturers will use branded parts as opposed to generic unbranded parts, which are supposed to be of lesser quality.
When it comes down to it, I agree there's probably a bit of a leap of faith involved as like the poster above says, unless you build it yourself.......... :-/Herman - MP for all!0 -
I bought a TIME computer in one of my weaker shopping moments. The computer is fine and worked for 16 months now, no probs.
Customer service however SUCKS, and they lied to me, telling me I had this that and the other, but when I went to get it, they told me it was'nt that way at all, I had misheard!!
How can you mis hear. 5 years free anti-virus which ended after 12 months?
optical mouse which was really ball type mouse.
The only thing I go there for now is the cheap HP ink cartridgesNO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0
