Does anyone know where I could get these http://www.wolford-partnerboutique-w1-london.com/item.asp?pid=274 for less than £30 or of a similar cheaper product?
Thank you for this site Martin

I'm having a hunt around and found these http://www.sockshop.co.uk/products/ladies_1pr_falke_seidenglatt_70_dnr_opaque_tights/index#placeholder what does everyone think? I would rather the Wolford ones at a cheaper price but could these be an alternative?Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Hi
Have you tried TK MAXX? I like to look at times as I have picked up some fab Falke patterned tights in the past, not bad, normally about 4.50 which is about a third of the price normally0 -
Have you had a look at www.tightsplease.co.uk? There's these Wolford ones http://www.tightsplease.co.uk/index.php?page[product]=1049 which look like they have a slight sheen to them. They also have some Aristoc wet look tights for £15, but they don't have them in black (assuming you want black).
With the opaques, Wolford are worth every penny to my mind. I buy the velvet opaques and they last forever! They keep their size and shape as well.
I've bought Falke before and they're very good quality as well. I've picked up the merino wool ones in TK Maxx for aroun 5-6 quid. Very occasionally they have Wolford, so as Chipstter says, worth a look.
btw tightsplease has free postage at the moment and there's bound to be a discount code somewhere.0 -
Thank you, I forgot about T K Maxx but really I want the Wolford ones just too tight to pay the £30:rotfl:Are the other brand a good one? I've never heard of them until todayThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Hi judgejaq, your point above is exactly how I feel, I had a pair of the tights I'm after before and they still looked virtually new after 2 years:Ddespite washing in the washing machine and darning the heel so maybe I should just suffer the £30 and look at the value per wear and think about the tights I've thrown in the bin after a week or so, that website looks good, thank you, I'm defiantly going to TK Maxx very soon as well. The particular tights I'm after are not to everyones taste so I might get lucky in TK Maxx also if I decide to buy from Wolford I'll hunt around for a discount code, you never know;)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
Have you had a look on eBay, glowgirl? If you find a seller, just check feedback to make sure they're reputable and not selling fakes! (Can you get fake Wolford tights? Probably!
