Update - Turns out they are refurbs, I went to pick mine up and it was pretty obvious, guy disappears round the back comes back and swears they are new but 'pallet damaged'. However while I'm waiting for my refund to be processed - I look at the description again on one of their 'Order Pods' and It has miraculously changed to include *Refurbished*. To add insult to injury - 2 to 3 days for the refund to my card. Not happy.

I bought a few of these to make up for the high postage costs and when they arrived this morning you should have seen the state of them, just thrown in the box, some hanging out and boxes battered.
I checked and double checked before I bought these to see if they where refurbs and it didnt say they where but on checking again it now says refurbs.

I know from past experiences i will have problems with scan in getting a refund as I bought something else with the mp3's and they will charge me full wack on delivery.

well after testing all mine i found one not to be working, one had a part missing and one had ear wax all over the headphones plus all the boxes are totally battered and some players marked. Not a very good buy.
Thats twice I have bought off scan and twice stung by them. Never again, let this be a lesson to me and to those who are thinking of buying off them
