  • Glad it went ok for you John, I have mine next week.

I have just received lots of paperwork through the post from them & have to post back my b statements & last years accounts to them (I am self employed)

I will feel better once I know that the final part is dealt with, then I may go treat myself to a few glasses of wine.

All the best for the future

Shouldn't really make any difference - the OR knows, or should know, that an OR interview can be extremely stressful for the bankrupt, and they usually make allowances for this.
Shame about the car - but you'll soon be in a position to get another.
Normally, the interviewer will need to pass on the 'statement' of your interview to his/her line manager for any decisions regarding IPA/IPO and, if necessary, the appointment of a 'trustee'. Could be several weeks before they get in touch with you again, so don't worry too much - hopefully the next communication will be to say that they have 'concluded their investigations' and are recommending 'Early Discharge'.
