All done, Not too bad I guess but you have to remember the past, she asked if i lived away anywhere I said no but forgot i lived away for a short while few years ago until i went through job history oops, think it went ok though, she said i would be doing tghe 12mths but maybe early discharge? is that norm, also they want my car ;-( only worth 500 tops, never mind.
Any idea what happens now as in them getting in touch.

Glad it went ok for you John, I have mine next week.
I have just received lots of paperwork through the post from them & have to post back my b statements & last years accounts to them (I am self employed)
I will feel better once I know that the final part is dealt with, then I may go treat myself to a few glasses of wine.
All the best for the future0 -
Thanks for that, im sure you will be fine, the lady I spoke too was quite nice so it was not too bad,
onwards and upwards

Shouldn't really make any difference - the OR knows, or should know, that an OR interview can be extremely stressful for the bankrupt, and they usually make allowances for this.
Shame about the car - but you'll soon be in a position to get another.
Normally, the interviewer will need to pass on the 'statement' of your interview to his/her line manager for any decisions regarding IPA/IPO and, if necessary, the appointment of a 'trustee'. Could be several weeks before they get in touch with you again, so don't worry too much - hopefully the next communication will be to say that they have 'concluded their investigations' and are recommending 'Early Discharge'.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
