vitamin b complex - which brand? where to get?

im interested in getting into taking some more vitamins, especially B12 and have been told vitamin b complex might be a good idea. any tips on where to get decent vitamins at a good price? i want nice heathly doses too!

Most places that sell vitamins will do a B complex one - I would make sure you only take the recommended dose as B6 can be pretty toxic if you take too much.
You can get B12 tablets, but they tend to be quite pricey, is there any particular reason you want to take them?0
